Refunds and exchanges
With the exception of personalised products, we will be happy to refund any item purchased so long as they are in original condition. We regret we cannot refund any personalised item unless the item is faulty.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
Since 31 October 2000 UK consumers have the right to cancel their order within 7 days of taking delivery. Cancellation must either be in the form of email or letter sent to our address which is available on our about us page.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you for the sole purpose of supplying you with your chosen products. Information we collect about you will include your name, postal and email address. We will not collect sensitive information from you.
